Great location, close to shops and Balard metro station. Clean rooms and fast internet.
Felt like they were family, no reason to complain.

Convenient access to Metro (1/2 block), Port de Versailles Conference centre. A number of restaurants in close proximity and quite a reasonable price for what you get (daily fresh sheets and towels etc). Quiet (street below not that busy so the double glassed window could remain open as ther is no Aircon.
Not that well maintained (general conditions, some lighting and electrics, tap hadles fall off). The waste water in the shower was partially blocked. Small room (but this is Europe) and quite steep stairs to drag luggage up and down (again, this is Europe). However staff were very helpful and some had good English. You need to be realtively fit and strong to use such hotels.

Everything, hotel is really great. And doesn;t matter that it is situated at the last station of metro line, you can take a direct trip to Tour Eiffel, and there is a bus station with line to the center of city
Nothing!

The hotel is very close to the metro station and for tourists it is very easy to get to any part of Paris using these lines. The rooms are small but comfy and the staff is very helpful.

I've stayed at this hotel before and thought it was okay. The room they gave me was tiny. There is no lift and the staff was rudeness! I definitely won't be staying here again.

But, it is next to a Metro station and there is some little cafes nearby.
In fact, the hotel is not much worse than he had shown in the photo. I've had better breakfast in hostels. I thought for a moment that is not cleaned for years. When cancelling your stay, the staff think they can charge you for the whole stay. Hope this helps someone out there.

The hotel is located not far from the metro and 40 minutes from the airport. The hotel is ideal from sleeping in. The staff are a bit dull and not very talktative, but we only slept there so did not really care. Actually hotel is not bad enough!
